I'm a certified Director of Operations, AI strategist, and OBM. For the last decade I've sat behind the scenes of service businesses that look successful on the outside and feel chaotic on the inside.

My clients aren't beginners. They've already done the hard part — built the offer, won the clients, hired the team. What's missing isn't more strategy. It's the operational layer that turns the business into something that runs without their constant presence.
